STIR FRY TOFU / PANEER

INGREDIENTS:-

  1. 1 TSP OLIVE OIL
  2. TOFU / PANEER  60 GM
  3. 1 BOWL CHOPPED VEGETABLE ( CARROT ,TOMATO,OINION ,BROCCOLI,CAPSICUM (RED,GREEN,YELLOW)
  4. SPICES( HALDI POWDER ¼ TSP ,CURRY LEAVES ,BLACK PEPPER POWDER ,HIMALAYAN PINK SALT)
  5. ½ LEMON

RECIPE:-

  1. HEAT PAN ON SLOW FLAME.
  2. ADD OLIVE OIL.
  3. ADD JEERA  ½  TSP AND 3-4CURRY LEAVES.
  4. ADD TOFU / PANEER.
  5. ADD HALDI POWDER.
  6. ADD CHOPPED VEGETABLES.
  7. SPRINKLE SOME WATER.
  8. ADD BLACK PEPPER AND SALT.
  9. COVER THE LID.
  10. AFTER 5 MINUTS CHECK THE VEGETABLES ,IT SHOULD BE SOFT ONLY  NOT COOKED.
  11. ADD LEMON JIUCE .
