SPINACH SOUP
INGREDIENT:-
- 1 CUP SPINACH
- ½ CUP SPLIT MOONG DAL
- 2 TOMATOES
- 1 CARROT
RECIPE:-
- WASH WELL ALL THE VEGETABLES AND CHOPED IN BIG BLOCKS.
- TRANSFER ALL THE VEGETABLES IN A COOKER ADD ½ GLASS OF WATER AND WHISTEL IT FOR 2-3 TIMES.
- LET IT COOL DOWN & BLEND IT IN BLENDER AND MAKE A FINE PASTE.
- TRANSFER IT IN A PAN AND BOILED IT FOR 2-3 MINUTS ON SLOW FLAME ADD ½ TSP TURMERIC AND ½ TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE.
YOU CAN ADD PANEER OR TOFU CUBES IN IT.
