WEIGHT LOSS RECIPES

SPINACH SOUP

INGREDIENT:-

  1. 1 CUP SPINACH
  2. ½ CUP SPLIT MOONG DAL
  3. 2 TOMATOES
  4. 1 CARROT

RECIPE:-

  1. WASH  WELL ALL THE VEGETABLES AND CHOPED IN BIG BLOCKS.
  2. TRANSFER ALL THE VEGETABLES IN A COOKER ADD ½ GLASS OF WATER AND WHISTEL IT FOR 2-3 TIMES.
  3. LET IT COOL DOWN & BLEND IT IN BLENDER AND MAKE A FINE PASTE.
  4. TRANSFER IT IN A PAN AND BOILED IT FOR 2-3 MINUTS ON SLOW FLAME ADD ½ TSP TURMERIC AND ½ TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE.

YOU CAN ADD PANEER OR TOFU CUBES IN IT.
