WEIGHT LOSS RECIPES

PUMPKIN SOUP

INGREDIENTS:-

  1. 200 GM PUMPKIN  
  • 2 TOMATOES
  • 2 CARROT
  • ½ TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  • ½ TSP TURMERIC
  • SALT

RECIPE:-

  1. WASH  WELL ALL THE VEGETABLES AND  PEEL THE PUMPKIN & CHOPED ALL  IN BIG BLOCKS.
  2. TRANSFER ALL THE VEGETABLES IN A COOKER ADD ½ GLASS OF WATER AND WHISTEL IT FOR 2-3 TIMES.
  3. LET IT COOL DOWN & BLEND IT IN BLENDER AND MAKE A FINE PASTE.
  4. TRANSFER IT IN A PAN AND BOILED IT FOR 2-3 MINUTS ON SLOW FLAME ADD ½ TSP TURMERIC AND ½ TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE.
  5. YOU CAN ADD PLANT  BASE MILK LIKE ALMOND MILK/COCONUT MILK.
