INGREDIENT:-

  1. SKIMMED MILK
  2. 1 BANANA
  3. 1 TSP SOAKED CHIA SEEDS
  4. 1 SCOOP PROTIEN POWDER
  5. 1 TSP COCO POWDER (OPTIONAL)
  6. 1 TSP OATS

RECIPE:-

MIX ALL THE INGREADIENT IN A BLENDER AND MAKE SMOOTH PASTE  .

2. YOU CAN  TAKE IT IN BREAKFAST OR POST WORKOUT

3. IT IS RICH IN FIBER,PROTIEN ,OMEGA-3 AND MANY OTHER NUTRIENTS IT HAS.
