- 1 BANANA
- 1 TSP SOAKED CHIA SEEDS
- 1 SCOOP PROTIEN POWDER
- 1 TSP COCO POWDER (OPTIONAL)
- 1 TSP OATS
RECIPE:-
MIX ALL THE INGREADIENT IN A BLENDER AND MAKE SMOOTH PASTE .
2. YOU CAN TAKE IT IN BREAKFAST OR POST WORKOUT
