- 1 CUP RICE UNPOLISHED
- 1 CUP URAD DAL
- 1 TSP METHI SEEDS
- 1 TSP SALT
RECIPE:-
- MIX ALL INGREADIENT .
- RINSE WELL 2-3 TIME.
- SOAKED FOR 6 -7 HOURS .
- MAKE FINE LITTEL THICK PASTE WITH ADDING WATER AND SALT
- KEEP OVERNIGHT OR FORE 12-14 HOURS FOR FERMENTATION.
- MAKE IDLI IN IDLI POT WITHOUT USING SODA .
USE CAN ADD CHOPPED VEGETABLE IN IDLI LIKE PALAK,CARROT,PEAS,ONION,CORIENDER FOR MORE TASTE AND NUTRITION.
