4. ROASTED CHANA DAL 1 TSP
5. PINCH OF SINDHAV SALT
OATS DOSA RECIPE:-
OATS DOSA BATTER:
1. TAKE BOWL & ADD 1 CUP OF OATS
ADD 1 TSP FENUGREEK SEEDS
2. ADD SOME WATER.
3. WASH & RINSE A FEW TIMES UNTIL THE WATER RUNS CLEAR.
4. ADD SOME WATER.
5. SOAK THE OATS IN WATER FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES.
6. AFTER 15 MINUTES, RINSE IT AGAIN.
7. KEEP IT ON STRAINER.
8. ADD SOAKED & STRAINED OATS, CURRY LEAVES, CUMIN SEEDS, SINDHAV SALT AS PER TASTE, AND ALSO BUTTERMILK. IN THE MIXIE JAR & BLEND IT WELL.
9. BLEND IT WITH SEMI-THICK BATTER CONSISTENCY.
10. IT SHOULD BE NEITHER THICK NOR THIN.
SPICY MASALA SPREAD:-
1. HEAT A PAN, ADD ¼ CUP WATER ADD DRY RED CHILLI.
2. BOILED IT UNTIL CHILLI ABSORB ALL WATER.
3. LET IT COOL DOWN TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
4. ADD BOILED RED CHILLI, ONION, ROASTED CHANA DAL, AND A PINCH OF SALT IN THE MIXIE JAR AND GRIND IT WELL AS PASTE.
RECIPE:-
1. HEAT THE DOSA TAWA.
2. GREASE IT WITH OLIVE OIL.
3. REDUCE THE FLAME AND POUR OATS DOSA BATTER ACCORDING TO YOUR DOSA TAWA SIZE AND SPREAD IT.
4. WHEN THE UPPER SIDE OF THE OATS DOSA STARTING BECOME DRY, SPREAD SPICY MASALA SPREAD AND COOK IT TILL ITS UPPER SIDE BECOMES A LITTLE DRY.
