Oatmeal with Berries and almonds is a nutritious and delicious breakfast option. 

ü   Contains Fiber-rich , nutrients boost and Antioxidant power. 



·     ½ cup rolled oats

·     ½ cup milk

·     ½ cup yoghurt 1

·     1 tablespoon Chia seeds

·     1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

·     Fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds for topping.



·     In a jar container, combine rolled oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using). Stir well to mix all the ingredients.

·     Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

·     In the morning, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds.

·     Enjoy it chilled for a quick and nutritious breakfast
