LENTIL SOUP

INGREDIENT:-

  1. 1 CARROT
  2. 3 TOMATOES
  3. ½ CUP MASOOR DAL

RECIPE:-1. WASH CARROT & TOMATOS AND CHOP THE BOTH VEGETABLES ADD IN THE COOKER WITH ¾ GLASS OF WATER ,SALT AND LITTLE TURMERIC POWDER. COOK IT FOR 2 WHISTLES .

2. LET IT COOL  DOWN  AND BLEND IT IN A BLENDER . TRANSFER IT IN A PAN AND HEAT IT ON GAS STOVE  ,ADD ¼ TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER LEMON JUICE AND CHOPPED CORRIENDER LEAVES .
