EFFECT OF HORMONES ON FAT LOSS

weight loss / fat loss

1.H G H:- human growth hormone ( HGH) which is secreted from the pituitary gland also called somatropin . its affect the FAT loss. It stimulates growth (cells & bones), stimulates cell reproduction, stimulates cell metabolism, increases calcium retention, stimulates the immune system, increases protein synthesis, increases fat breakdown for energy.

Increase by :- . HIIT Workout
.Arginine
.Vit B3
. Fasting
.Eggs, yogurt, coconut oil, pineapple, watermelon, nuts, raisins, colostrums & whey protein, lemon, water
Decreased by :- . Stress
. insomnia
. Sugar
. Pesticides
.Processed food

2. GLUCAGON :- Produced by ALFA CELLS of the pancreas . its work opposite to insulin , which lower the extracellular glucose . its mobilises fat , stimulates fatty acid release from adipose tissue , maintain blood glucose during fasting ,burns carbs and fat for energy.
Increased by :-
. Workout
. Complete Protein
. Complex carbs
. Eggs , whey protein chia seeds,turmeric,ginger,coriander ,vegetables,legumes ,cinnamon.
Decresed by :- . Sugar
. Refined food
. Sugar & fat combination
. Sedentary life style

3 . ADRENALINE :- also known as Epinefrine , is a hormone , neurotransmitter . produced by both edrenal glands and certain nurones . produced to support stressful activity , prepare us to handle pressure and pain , reduce the chances of injury or damage , leads to massive weight loss in this process.

Increase by:-
. Exercise
. Taking risk
. Ashwagandha, turmeric, banana, oats, vitamin c rich food, essential oils, protein-rich diet, herbal tea.

4 . ADIPONECTIN:– secreted from Adipose tissues ( also from the placenta in pregnancy). It is a protein hormone that regulates glucose and fatty acid oxidation. if you have a lean body then more adiponectin will release from your fat cells. adiponectin enhances your muscle’s ability to use carbohydrates for energy, boost your metabolism.
Increased by:-
. Stay active
. Eat more monounsaturated fat
.pumpkin seeds, pumpkin, olive oil, coconut oil, vegetables, avocado, nuts.
Decreased by:-
.Unhealthy fat
. Refined carbs ( maida)
. Processed food
. Sedentary lifestyle

5.LEPTIN:- a hormone made by adipose cells that helps to regulate energy balance by inhibiting hunger, opposite action from GRELIN HORMONE ( Hunger hormone) . in obesity, sensitivity to leptin is decreased (similar to insulin resistance in type-2 diabetes), resulting in an inability to do.

6.GHRELIN:- known as HUNGER HORMONE. Produced by ghrelinergic cells in the gastrointestinal tracts. Ghrelin also plays a significant role in regulating the distribution and rate of use of energy. ghrelin plasma concentration increases with age and this may contribute to the tendency for weight gain. Lack of sleep increases ghrelin and reduces leptin, both of which result in increased hunger and obesity.
DECREASED BY :-
. Exercise
.Protien
.Complex carbs
INCREASED BY:-
.Crash diet
.Stress
. Less sleep

7.IRISIN:- Exercise hormone. it is a fat-fighting powerhouse. burn fat and prevent fat cell formation. it activates genes and a protein that transform calorie-storing white fat cells into brown fat cells –which continue to burn energy after finishing exercise. It’s anty aging, heart protector, balance blood sugar level, anti depressant, improve brain function.
INCREASED BY:-
.Exercise ( HIIT)
.BY leptin and ghrelin hormone.
