FOXTAIL MILLET/QUINOA/LITTEL MILLET UPMA
INGREDIENTS:-
1.FOXTAIL MILLET/QUINOA/LITTEL MILLET -1/2 CUP 2.MIX VEGETABLES-1 CUP(CAULIFLOWER/BROCCOLI,CAPSICUM MULTICOLOR,CARROT,PEAS) 3.TOMATO-1 4.GREN CHILLY-2 5.ONION-1 6.MASALA( JEERA ,RED CHILLY POWDER,SALT,HING 7.PANEER ½ BOWL
RECIPE:-
- SOAKED FOXTAIL MILLET IN 2 CUP WATER AFTER WASH .
- BOIL IT IN COOKER WITH 2 WHISTLE.
- CHOPPED VEGETABLES IN MIDIUM SIZE PEICES .
- HEAT 1 TSP GHEE IN PAN AND ADD ½ TSP JEERA THEN HING .
- PUT CHOPPED ONION, GREEN CHILLY ,TOMATO THEN RED CHILLY POWDER AND SALT .
- COOK IT FOR 2 MINUTS THEN ADD CHOPPED MIX VEGETABLES AND PANEER AND COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTS .
- CHECK THE VEGETABLES IF IT COOKED WELL THEN ADD BOILED FOXTELL MILLETS .
- ADD ½ LEMON JUICE AND CORRIENDER LEAVES ON IT.
