FOXTAIL MILLET/QUINOA/LITTEL MILLET KHICHDI

INGREDIENTS:-

  1. FOXTAIL MILLET/QUINOA/LITTEL MILLETS /PROSO MILLET  ¼ CUP (TAKE ANY 1 MILLET )
  2. MASOOR DAL 3 TBS
  3. SPLIT MOONG DAL 3 TBS
  4. TUWAR DAL 3 TBS
  5. RICE 3TBS
  6. ONION-1
  7. TOMATO-1
  8. GREEN CHILLY-1
  9. MIX VEGETABLES 1 CUP(CAULIFLOWER,CABBAGE,CAPSICUM,PEAS,CARROT)
  10. MASALA( HALDI,RED  CHILLY POWDER,SALT,HING)

RECIPE:-

  1. MIX  MILLETS AND DAL IN TO A BOWL AND WASH IT .
  2. ADD 1 TSP  GHEE IN COOKER AND HEAT IT ,ADD CHOPPED ONION AND GREEN CHILLYCOOK IT FOR SOMETIME.
  3. ADD TOMATO AND MASALA (HALDI 1/2 TSP,RED CHILLY POWDER ½ TSP, PINCH OF HING) . COOK IT FOR 2-3 MINUTS .
  4. ADD ALL CHOPPED VEGETABLES  AND SALT 1 TSP .
  5. ADD 3-4 CUP WATER AND WHISTEL IT 3 TIMES .

YOU CAN ADD ½ LEMON JUICE AND CORRIENDER LEAVES ON IT
