- MASOOR DAL 3 TBS
- SPLIT MOONG DAL 3 TBS
- TUWAR DAL 3 TBS
- RICE 3TBS
- ONION-1
- TOMATO-1
- GREEN CHILLY-1
- MIX VEGETABLES 1 CUP(CAULIFLOWER,CABBAGE,CAPSICUM,PEAS,CARROT)
- MASALA( HALDI,RED CHILLY POWDER,SALT,HING)
RECIPE:-
- MIX MILLETS AND DAL IN TO A BOWL AND WASH IT .
- ADD 1 TSP GHEE IN COOKER AND HEAT IT ,ADD CHOPPED ONION AND GREEN CHILLYCOOK IT FOR SOMETIME.
- ADD TOMATO AND MASALA (HALDI 1/2 TSP,RED CHILLY POWDER ½ TSP, PINCH OF HING) . COOK IT FOR 2-3 MINUTS .
- ADD ALL CHOPPED VEGETABLES AND SALT 1 TSP .
- ADD 3-4 CUP WATER AND WHISTEL IT 3 TIMES .
YOU CAN ADD ½ LEMON JUICE AND CORRIENDER LEAVES ON IT
