Brown Pasta, Yummy Weight Loss Recipe 

BROWN PASTA INGREDIENTS:

  1. CHOPPED CAPSICUM 1
  2. CORIANDER LEAVES 2 TSP
  3. CHOPPED ONION 3 TSP
  4. GREEN CHILLY
  5. CHOPPED TOMATO 3 TSP
  6. LEMON JUICE 1 /2 TSP
  7. OLIVE OIL 1TSP
  8. PINCH OF HING
  9. ROCK SALT AS PER TASTE
  10. 200 ML BOWL BOILED BROWN PASTA

BROWN PASTA RECIPE:

  1. HEAT THE PAN, ADD OLIVE OIL, CHOPPED ONION, AND GREEN CHILLIES.
  2. ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM, TOMATO.
  3. COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  4. ADD GREEN CHILLI, GINGER-GARLIC PASTE.
  5. ADD PASTA.
  6.  ADD ½ CUP WATER AND COVER THE PAN FOR 5 MINUTES.
  7. ADD 2 TSP SESAME & MINT DRESSING.
  8. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE HOT.

You can take it for breakfast, lunch or at the diner. It is less in calories and high nutrition. you will feel full without more calories
